Goodbye Summer, Hello Winter shopping

So Summer has now said it's Goodbye's to the lovely city of Cape Town and we have been graced with rainfall and cloudy weather. Which I'm currently having mixed emotions about. BUT winter always makes for the best shopping considering you have to wear more layers and therefore are forced to buy more, never a bad thing. Here are a few every day and not-so-everyday Winter styles I'm currently enjoying, hope you enjoy them too

Multi-tasking

So apparently I'm actually not a girl and I'm really bad at multi-tasking (such as studying and blogging) part of why i haven't been blogging so frequently. So now I'm officially test free I have all the time in the world on my hands, until next term obviously. The other part being because my camera has recently gone to a better cause, well not really, but it's being used by a friend for her art photography assignment. So I suppose that could be seen as a good cause. But it shall be back soon, in the meanwhile I can't stop listening to Michael Jacksons, Heal the World.
Sounds ridiculous, i know. But there's something about this song that makes me want to cry and then save all the humans and animals in the world.

It'll be done one day kids, donchu worry.
I just needa listen a few more times.
You should to

The air always smells fresher on a Friday.

Partly because it's the first Friday I haven't had to not go out and partly because i've officially given myself a no-study-friday-night-card. Although I maybe should, with this card in hand i don't feel remotely guilty. I sort of just feel free, for one night. Cape Town has graced us such wonderful weather lately, why not take a Saturday off and go to the beach. I think I might do just that, nothing like a bit of sunkissed skin and a few mojitos to make one merry happy.

Bring on the weekend, bitches!

I'm still alive. Well, sort of

So it's been quite sometime, guess who's second year at university has decided to give her no social life and copious amounts of work.

ME

The past week or two have not been so entertaining, considering i've had scheduled meetings everyday with my marketing, economics and accounting books. The latter one definitely taking the cake for making my life the most miserable, just the name makes me feel nauseous. Accountingggg, its like (Mufasaaa).  But now i'm back and life has decided to give me a break from the mass amount of work it's buried me in and let me poke my  head out, chill the fuck out and have a box of wine, for a grand total of R17.

Yes, there are reasons Stellenbosch is good for you.
